| 英文描述 | An acute disease characterized by arthritis and pneumonia was described in 3-week-old lambs in California. MYCOPLASMA CAPRICOLUM (or a closely related organism) was cultured from the lungs and most joints of the legs. One of the lambs, treated with Lincomycin, survived. This organism is usually associated with disease in goats, and affected lambs were run together with several goats. M. CAPRICOLUM has also been recovered from vulva scabs of ewes in England and from arthritic sheep in Zimbabwe. Dx by culture. |
